How wonderful would it be to walk out to your garden, select the perfectly ripe tomatoes, pull the sweetest carrots, and hunt for the perfect zucchini? Wouldn't you love to be able to make an entire meal with things grown in your backyard, plants carefully tended and lovingly nurtured until they reached maturity and offered produce unlike anything picked up at the grocery store?
For some of us, that's not a dream. We are lucky enough to have the space, time, and money to invest in our gardens. That doesn't mean that we are the only ones who can enjoy the unbelievable difference of fully matured and ripened fruits and vegetables.
Everyone can enjoy them. How? Farmers markets.
Summer is coming to an end and that means harvest time is fast approaching. If you'd like to partake in a bounty unlike any other, visit one of the local farmers markets and invest in local farms and your health.
